Terms and Conditions for Dynamic Horizons Prep and Coaching (DHPC) 1. Service Agreement: By enrolling in tutoring services with DHPC you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between DHPC and the client (referred to as "you" or "the client"). 2. Tutoring Sessions: Tutoring sessions will be scheduled in advance, and it is the client’s responsibility to attend sessions on time. Sessions may be conducted in person or online, depending on prior arrangements. 3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any tutoring session. Payment plans may be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Accepted forms of payment include Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. In case of an emergency, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the owner. 5. Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of the owner of DHPC. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, explaining the reason for the request. The owner will review the request and make a decision based on the circumstances. If a refund is granted, it may be partial or full, depending on the specific situation. 6. Code of Conduct: Both tutors and clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during all interactions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund. 7. Confidentiality: DHPC is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of providing tutoring services. 8. Limitation of Liability: DHPC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tutoring services. 9. Changes to Terms: DHPC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. 10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York State and any and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.
